How To Use:
It is recommended to wear a seamless cami or tank top then your lipo foams and then your Ab Board and faja on top for the first 8 weeks post op. Do not use your Ab Board at night, only using it during the day. An Ab Board can be used to create more compression in your faja.
Ab Boards are particularly useful for times when you'll need to sit since your compression garment will crease when you bend. Use an Ab Board for times you absolutely must bend such as in the car, on an airplane etc.
Sizing:
This is a small sized abdominal board. It is best for shorter torsos and more petite bodies.
